We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services. As a key member of our airport support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to passengers and visitors at the airport.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist passengers at the airport, ensuring a seamless check-in and boarding process.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services to passengers.
- Handle passenger check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
- Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Make announcements and keep passengers informed about flight changes and boarding times.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
