Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media plans that align with business objectives and integrate with marketing, communications, and PR programs.
  • Craft high-quality content tailored for audience and platform, including written, graphical, and video content.
  • Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter, on both the organic and paid side.
  • Grow social media accounts organically and generate new ideas for social media and integrated campaigns.
  • Own and manage social media content calendars to inform, educate, and engage B2B audiences.
  • Respond to and engage with community/follower communications.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and relevant trending topics.
  • Analyze social media analytics to track growth and engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of social media experience, with a preference for experience working in a public relations agency setting, with B2B brands, or representing business executives and/or thought leaders.
  • Expertise in building effective social media strategies and crafting high-quality content.
  • Proficient experience with social media platforms and tools, including analytics, social listening, and marketing automation.
  • Background in copywriting and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and SEO best practices.
