The Role

We are currently looking for a Delivery Service Driver to join our fantastic team based in Andover.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expanding business and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a 38.75 hour week (excluding breaks) on a rota'd basis.
  • Drive our 3.5 tonne vans delivering and assembling products to our customer's homes.
  • Embrace our company standards for 'The Perfect Delivery', using floor mats in the customer's home, covering your shoes, walking the route, and resolving any issues that our customers may have in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building a rapport and effectively dealing with any customer queries.
  • Heavy lifting and assembly of products to the customer's room of choice, including mattresses, bedframes, and sofa beds, with the support of a Delivery Assistant.
  • Routine daily vehicle checks.
The Person

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a current valid UK driving license (with no more than 6 points) and previous experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle.

You will have a good work ethic, be trustworthy, respectful, conscientious, and a good team player, with a good knowledge of the local area.
