Our 7-week sales associate program provides a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
  • Comprehensive Training: You will receive comprehensive training in business-to-business sales, supporting our Account Managers and Recruiters.
  • Hands-On Experience: You will gain practical experience in conducting business-to-business sales, learning to network and foster relationships with organizations using various sales approaches and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: You will learn and support our unique Account Management sales process across Oxford's various divisions, selling our value proposition to critical decision makers within organizations.
  • Business Development: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of Oxford Global Resources.
