Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain and document access control and video management system architecture parameters to ensure compliance with customer standards
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve service tickets via software or collaborate with service operators to resolve hardware faults
  • Remotely evaluate hardware fixes with on-site technicians or local service partners to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide daily written updates and closing reports for each service ticket to the service operators and service AEs within the team
  • Liaise and coordinate with other customer assigned AEs, vendors, LSPs, and GSOC to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Create test plans, coordinate with commissioning teams, and test systems to ensure they meet customer requirements
  • Install software modules and applications on customer machines and customize systems to meet their business needs
  • Follow assigned projects through to final adjustments, commissioning, and sign-off to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Create pre-documentation and remotely assist on-site technicians by testing devices and completing all PPM documentation
