Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Troubleshooting: Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting duties to identify and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Access Control and Video Management: Maintain and document access control and video management system architecture parameters based on customer standards.
  • Service Ticket Management: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve service tickets via software or guide service operators regarding hardware faults.
  • Remote Evaluation: Remotely evaluate all hardware fixes with on-site technicians or local service partners.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide daily written updates and closing reports for each service ticket to the service operators and service AEs within the team.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with other customer assigned AEs, vendors, LSPs, and GSOC.
  • Test Planning and Coordination: Create test plans, coordinate with commissioning team, and test systems.
  • Software Installation and Customization: Install software modules and applications on customer machines and customize systems to tailor to customers' business models.
  • Project Management: Follow assigned projects to final adjustments, commissioning, and sign off.
  • Documentation and Assistance: Create pre-documentation, remotely assist the tech on-site by testing devices, and completing all PPM documentation.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of troubleshooting in Lennel and Milestone Systems.
  • Certification: Lennel Certification Required.
Benefits

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
