About the Role

The Student Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all ticket holders at the University of Miami. This individual will work closely with the Senior Ticket Service Representatives and Director, Service to provide a positive and engaging experience for Hurricanes fans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and service support for a full menu of ticket holders for Miami Hurricanes Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Baseball.
  • Coordinate and execute service and sales calls to current customers.
  • Assist in box office customer service/sales on event days.
  • Effectively use Salesforce CRM to accurately record all client and prospect interactions.
  • Assist with any administrative ticket functions.
  • Collaborate with Senior Ticket Service Representatives to service and execute ticket holder requests.
  • Participate in special projects and duties as assigned by the Director, Service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage relationships with colleagues, season ticket holders, alumni, and current donors to deliver effective results.
  • Ability to provide own transportation to the Legends office.
  • Proven interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, including written and verbal.
