Job Description:

As a Residential HVAC Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming consumer inquiries on Residential HVAC products through a Contact Center. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions and requests for information regarding products and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to pre-sales and post-sales questions from consumers of residential equipment
  • Interpret and explain the terms of product warranties
  • Provide product information to consumers, including discussing product capabilities and features
  • Offer product documentation to consumers upon request
  • Assess consumer needs and suggest alternative products or services
  • Guide consumers to dealers if dealer services are required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level position, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle and diffuse difficult customer situations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple technical requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP preferred

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is approximately $45,050 - $55,650, based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
