As the Global Head of Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital engagement strategy that leverages our industry-leading platform to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a digital-first engagement strategy that drives customer adoption, value realization, and net expansion.
- Lead a high-performing team of digital and customer success professionals to deliver targeted experiences across various products and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve and scale our global service offerings, mature our platform, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Drive teams to build a digital engine that creates leverage, improves customer experience, and creates Qualtrics champions across our customer base.
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS, strategy, consulting, operations, product management, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with Digital/Adoption Marketing and/or Digital Customer Success.
- Prior experience building and deploying digitally-enabled customer motions preferred.
- Past experience leading successful teams that work effectively cross-functionally preferred.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
