About the Role :

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is tasked with collaborating with our clients to enhance margins, drive revenue, and minimize inventory through the application of comprehensive supply chain tools and strategies. This role serves as a subject matter expert in enhancing customer satisfaction, best practices, and financial commitments. It involves leading root cause analysis, including problem definition, investigation, and the development of corrective and preventive processes. The analyst researches business processes and acts as a liaison between supply chain functions, sales, and our clients. Findings and recommendations are communicated to management and other functions. Metrics are developed, measures are analyzed, and results are evaluated. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Accountable for successful collaboration with clients and functional experts to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed our growth objectives.
• Presentation of findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making.
• Implement tactical and strategic solutions that withstand the variability inherent to the business.
• Act as a collaborative interface with the client's Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
• Generate, verify, and publish periodic scorecards and reports.

Important Details: This role will be based out of our Bentonville, AR office. The position will be hybrid, requiring in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. This role will also necessitate travel to manufacturing plants and client visits (25%).

About You :

You'll fit right in if you possess:

• A 4-year college degree and 2-3 years of relevant business experience – Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. The ability to effectively communicate with higher-level management is critical in this role.
• A solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain policies and practices.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis/mining software.
