Job Description:
About the Role :
The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for collaborating with our clients to enhance margins, drive revenue, and minimize inventory through the application of comprehensive supply chain tools and strategies. This role serves as a subject matter expert in improving customer satisfaction, implementing best practices, and meeting financial commitments. The analyst leads root cause analysis, including problem definition, investigation, and the development of corrective and preventive processes. This position involves researching business processes and acting as a liaison between supply chain functions, sales, and our clients. Findings and recommendations are communicated to management and other functions, while metrics and measures are developed and analyzed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful collaboration with clients and functional experts to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed growth objectives.
- Present findings that foster understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making.
- Implement tactical and strategic solutions that can withstand the variability inherent to the business.
- Serve as a collaborative interface with the client's Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
- Generate, verify, and publish periodic scorecards and reports.
Important Details: This role will be based out of our Bentonville, AR office. The position will require a hybrid work schedule, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Travel to manufacturing plants and client visits will be necessary (approximately 25%).
About You :
You will excel in this role if you possess:
- A 4-year college degree and 2-3 years of relevant business experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with higher-level management.
- A solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain policies and practices.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis/mining software.
