Job Overview

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and implement key projects that elevate our world-class corporate dining services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze information and processes to solve critical business issues.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase.
  • Ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate project details across all levels of the organization and various departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience leading large, complex enterprise projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to address competing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Capacity to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
