At Turner & Townsend, we're on a mission to deliver transformative outcomes for our clients. As a Senior Project Cost Director, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.

With a strong background in construction cost management, you'll lead the end-to-end cost management requirements of our projects, liaising with stakeholders and setting clear cost parameters to deliver projects within budget. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing holistic project budgets, conducting scope definition sessions with clients, and delivering cost plans and estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Project Cost Director, you'll also be responsible for reviewing proposed design changes, preparing estimates, and understanding design stages and estimate levels. You'll work closely with our project managers and design teams to actively manage commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. You'll be able to manage deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction cost management principles, as well as experience working in a client-facing role. You'll have a college and/or post-graduate degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.

We're looking for a motivated individual with 7+ years of estimating/cost management experience in construction or laboratory environments. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, and US experience is a plus.

As a Senior Project Cost Director at Turner & Townsend, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide portfolio of construction projects, from inception to completion. You'll be part of a dynamic, innovative, and client-focused team, supported by an inclusive and fun company culture. Our clients value our proactive approach, depth of expertise, integrity, and quality delivery, making our projects exciting and challenging.

As a Senior Project Cost Director, you can expect a competitive salary of between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This salary range is estimated based on industry standards, location, and the level of expertise required for this role.

If you're a driven and ambitious individual looking for a challenging role in construction cost management, we encourage you to apply for this position. Join our team and be part of delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.
