The Director of Operations will oversee the entire customer experience, implement effective sales strategies, and develop local marketing initiatives to meet performance objectives and expand the center's reach. Additionally, this role entails managing daily operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational environment for our clients while maintaining cost efficiency. Adherence to established policies and procedures in line with Sylvan standards is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage center staff, providing coaching and support.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the franchisee.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through effective operational management.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Professional background in education, management, or customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative functions effectively.
  • Passion for engaging with educators and students alike.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $48,000, based on experience, along with potential monthly bonuses ranging from $100 to over $1,000.
