Executive Chef

Eurest, a leading provider of business and industry dining, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our leadership and professional support team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class meals in corporate cafes and executive dining rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for staff.
- Prepare or direct the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety, and sanitation.
- Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies and make decisions regarding leftover food products.
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
- Participate in departmental meetings, staff development, and professional programs.
Requirements:
- A.S. or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
- Extensive catering experience and high-volume, complex foodservice operations experience are highly desirable.
- Hands-on chef experience and comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends are essential.
- ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
