Position Overview

The Rehancement Group, Inc. is a consulting and professional services firm dedicated to serving our Government clients. We are committed to delivering highly skilled professionals to support our clients' missions.

The Rehancement Group (TRG) is currently in search of a Project Manager.

This role necessitates an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Reviews, both planned and spontaneous, for self and Contractor teams; suggest necessary corrective measures.
  • Provide leadership and articulate the vision to clients and project teams, acting as a vital facilitator among various teams to accomplish complex project objectives.
  • Oversee the inventory and records management teams, ensuring all project-related activities, both administrative and programmatic, are executed on time.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing budgetary and staffing needs.
  • Administer management and reporting of electronic data, including maintaining authorized user lists, record types, space management, retrieval profiles, standard reports, records disposition, user training, and other related administrative tasks.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of inventory and records management processes, including filing, inventorying records, disposition concepts, and records lifecycle management.
  • Handle all administrative management tasks related to the contract.
  • Engage with Government representatives, facilitating effective communication between TRG and Government entities.
  • Collaborate with HR/Talent Acquisition to recruit and sustain staffing levels with high productivity.
  • Manage the work schedules of Contractor employees.
  • Deliver monthly status and quality reports, inclusive of cost data.
  • Address issues related to productivity and professional conduct, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Supervise additional personnel and surge support as required.
  • Ensure that employees meet productivity standards; proactively monitor and report on inventory statistics, recommending corrective actions to Government management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent specialized management experience is required.
  • Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in information and records management applications is essential.
  • PMP Certification is preferred; however, non-PMP certified candidates committed to future certification will be considered.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a large, high-tech environment.
  • Experience in managing and leading large teams is necessary.
  • Proficient in client relationship management and presenting metrics to clients in a formal structure.
  • Capable of performing both quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final products and/or production.
  • Possess the personality traits to be a source of influence, encouragement, motivation, and leadership that earns loyalty and allegiance; a People Person.
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of operating utility carts and similar equipment.
