About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be based at the corporate headquarters and will play a crucial role in identifying and executing manufacturing projects across various facilities.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and present them to management for approval.
  • Ensure timely execution of all project plans.
  • Establish performance requirements for manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of capital projects at multiple plants.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers in project management practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering; a graduate degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on leading technical projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute capital projects in a plant environment.
  • Experience with automation technologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, approximately 15-30% as required.
