Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project strategies
* Establish performance criteria for manufacturing processes
* Oversee capital projects across multiple production sites
* Mentor and train junior engineering staff
* Apply six sigma and lean principles
* Undertake additional tasks as required

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and project oversight
* Expertise in managing capital projects in a plant environment
* Experience with automation is a plus
* Six Sigma and lean certification required
* Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%
