Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to provide expert engineering services and support to our team. This role requires managing assignments in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner while demonstrating strong technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and finalize engineering reports and project work plans.
  • Coordinate departmental project work and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead project teams and monitor progress, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Serve as a technical representative in meetings with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers.
  • Analyze data to make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
Licenses: Professional Engineering license in Kentucky preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive engineering experience.


Skills:
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Conditions:

This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel required. Must maintain a valid driver's license and be prepared for potential overnight travel.
