Responsibilities
  • Maintain an employee database and their relevant information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Update customer data on a daily basis, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.

  • Sort data according to source documents and verify its accuracy before entering it into the database.
  • Enter data and fill in missing information through research and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure data integrity.

  • Prepare reports and present data in a useful and easily understandable manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data integrity standards.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Data Entry Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Accurate typing skills with the ability to meet productivity standards.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity and security principles.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
