The Customer Success Manager role is integral to our Sales Solutions division.

The primary goal of this position is to enhance the adoption and engagement of our flagship product, Sales Navigator, ensuring it becomes an essential component of our clients' sales and business development strategies.

Your responsibilities will include developing rollout strategies, conducting onboarding training (both onsite and via webinars), managing projects, and performing regular metrics evaluations, along with consulting and sharing best practices with clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, the team, and Talent Grids' platform, including Sales Navigator and related tools, to ensure success in your role.

Learn to craft and present a compelling Sales Navigator narrative using data and insights.

Guide clients on the value they can derive from Sales Navigator, creating relationship-focused sales initiatives through thorough onboarding and continuous engagement, which includes training, consulting, and regular updates on product features, alongside consistent metrics assessments.


Encourage clients to leverage available Talent Grids resources (such as community forums, training sessions, professional services, user conferences, and workshops) to maximize their use of Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn features essential for modern selling.

Monitor usage patterns, proactively reach out to clients with low engagement, and provide best practices to enhance their utilization through quarterly business reviews, while identifying potential growth areas.

Conduct both group and individual training sessions about Sales Navigator features, industry benchmarks, and best practices.

Utilize data from Talent Grids, clients, and other sources to extract insights that foster greater customer engagement.

Act as a partner to clients, maximizing the benefits of their investment in Sales Navigator.

Optimize your own Talent Grids profile to reflect best practices and tips for creating a 'modern selling' profile, complete with embedded content and videos.

Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of demonstrated experience in customer success, sales, or consulting.

2+ years of experience in developing and delivering onsite training and webinars.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Experience in software pre-sales and/or sales effectiveness.

Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.

Proficient in delivering presentations to large remote audiences.

Driven and ambitious, thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

A collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist wherever necessary.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Master's Degree preferred.
