As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing resident requests, and ensuring the overall quality and safety of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities- Accountability: Take ownership of assigned maintenance tasks, maintain accurate records, and adhere to maintenance schedules.
- Legendary Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, respond to maintenance requests, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, conduct preventive maintenance inspections, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Property Upkeep: Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, monitor safety hazards, and conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
