Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability: Take ownership of assigned maintenance tasks, maintain accurate records, and adhere to maintenance schedules.
  • Legendary Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, respond to maintenance requests, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, conduct preventive maintenance inspections, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Property Upkeep: Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, monitor safety hazards, and conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
