HearingLife Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist Job

At HearingLife, we are seeking a skilled Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hearing care team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve better hearing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hearing aids and other amplification devices.
  • Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Participate in local community outreach initiatives, including health fairs and physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
Requirements:
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience in hearing aid sales or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000-$90,000, plus uncapped commission.
