As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist at Amentum, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical equipment, ensuring that our facilities continue to serve a diverse range of high-value national strategic missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of electrical trade functions, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
  • Work from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Locate and diagnose trouble in electrical systems or equipment, using a variety of electrician's hand tools and measuring and testing instruments.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to established company safety policies and good industrial and office safety practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of duties.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years experience in electrical maintenance work.
  • Ability to read blueprints, bend conduits, troubleshoot, repair motors and controls, and install and repair AC and DC equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of switches, transformers, and transformer hook-ups.
  • Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
