Job Overview

At Wiginton Fire Systems, we seek skilled professionals to join our team as Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians in Charlotte.

We require candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience servicing and/or installing fire sprinkler systems. Prior experience in other areas of fire protection such as alarms, extinguishers, or suppression is beneficial.

Position Summary

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper service, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and equipment at assigned job sites.

  • Conduct on-site service calls and troubleshoot repairs efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate service tickets and reports.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA Standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years of service experience (4-6) years preferred).
  • Nicet Certification (preferred)

Schedule and Work Environment

Salary Estimate: $24-31 per hour based on location and experience.
