About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Assistant to join our team at Arkansas Urology. This role will provide comprehensive support services to our clinical team, ensuring seamless patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including obtaining health history, taking vital signs, and recording patient information into their chart.
  • Prepare necessary supplies, equipment, and tools for use by providers, optimizing patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.
  • Collect blood draws and urine samples as ordered by medical providers, adhering to state statutes.
  • Assist with data management in the EMR system, as directed by physicians.
  • Sterilize and clean instruments used in examinations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Respond to telephone requests, providing routine information and escalating to medical providers when necessary.
  • Maintain medical supplies and equipment in treatment rooms on a daily basis.
  • Inventories medical supplies and equipment, requisitioning as needed.
  • Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal medical information.
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Equivalent to four years of high school education or GED, with at least six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to be flexible and willing to travel to other clinics as required.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
