Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will also serve as a resource to other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Arkansas LPN license, one year of clinical experience, and current CPR certification. You must also be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
