We are seeking a Field Marketing Representative in the Boston region.

Renewal by Andersen is in search of a skilled, motivated, and team-oriented Door-to-Door Canvasser to elevate our customers' experience in home improvement.

This role offers unlimited commission potential alongside a base salary. Successful individuals can anticipate earning over $80,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their first year.

The base salary begins at $20 per hour and is determined by various factors such as work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.

Your recruiter will provide further details about the specific compensation package for your desired position during the hiring process.

OBJECTIVE:
This role is essential for generating highly qualified leads through proactive door-to-door canvassing.

During this process, the canvasser is responsible for accurately documenting information about potential customers and the targeted market area.

Individuals in this position will qualify for a monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.
