Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prior contact center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Working knowledge as a pharmacy technician, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures.
  • Experience working as a veterinarian technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of animal care and welfare.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and principles.
  • Bilingual: Spanish language skills are a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
