Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Communication
    • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to customers in a timely manner
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Service Coordination
    • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
    • Communicate with customers to confirm completion time and ensure satisfaction
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and encourage repeat and referral business
    • Ensure transparency and accuracy in repair orders and estimates

Requirements

  • Some experience selling automotive service work in a dealership or high-volume service center
  • Possess high-energy and a positive attitude
  • Willing to work Saturdays
  • Valid Driver's License
