We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Disability Benefits Administrative Specialist to join our team at Brooks Law Group. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of our social security department by managing disability benefits cases from initiation to resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain client information via phone and internet to initiate new cases.
  • Manage referrals and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Independently handle client needs and case management tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case file management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation:

  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment:

  • Winter Haven, Florida.
  • Full-time position (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
