We are seeking a highly skilled Social Security Disability Case Manager to join our team at Brooks Law Group in Winter Haven, Florida.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of two years of experience in legal social security or business, with strong dedication to achieving the best outcome for all parties associated with our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive interaction with clients, medical providers, and legal representatives to ensure seamless communication and effective case management.
  • Conduct client interviews and maintain regular contact with the client regarding case status to provide timely updates and guidance.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the regulations of Social Security Disability and how they intersect with obtaining client benefits.
  • Pursue all aspects of the appeals process for social security claims, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule all hearings for disability clients, demonstrating expertise in navigating the complex court system.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs for clients, showcasing exceptional writing skills and ability to distill complex information into compelling arguments.
  • Obtain necessary medical records from providers and communicate effectively with them throughout the treatment process.
  • Secure essential documents to support injury and/or liability positions, leveraging knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and reduce outstanding medical balances with providers, utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Present case synopses to attorneys as required, demonstrating confidence and clarity in conveying complex information.
  • Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney, upholding high standards of organization and attention to detail.
About the Perks:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
