Pricing Strategy Manager

About the Role:
KPMG is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs.
- Manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies.
- Work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions.
- Drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration.
- Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience.
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership.
