Position SummaryZiosk is in search of a highly organized Project Manager to become a vital part of our Operations team. This role involves overseeing new customer implementations, technology upgrades, and various internal projects. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, ready to embrace new challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely completion within defined scopes.
- Oversee customer implementations and internal IT/engineering initiatives as required.
- Exhibit a strategic understanding of stakeholder needs alongside business and technology goals.
- Collaborate with internal sales and account teams to gather project requirements.
- Drive project delivery strategies through the consistent application of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Provide regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead meetings with customers and partners to gather requirements, organize project activities, and deliver status updates.
- Work alongside Ziosk Development and Engineering teams to resolve any issues during implementations or assigned projects.
- Be flexible with working hours, including some mornings or evenings as necessary.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely and within-scope completion.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in relevant sectors (Food & Beverages/Hospitality, SaaS, IT) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, NetSuite, Power BI, and MS Project.
- Ability to create efficient project plans with interlinked dependencies.
- Willingness to document work efforts and project statuses consistently.
- Technical knowledge of the restaurant industry, including Point of Sale systems and related technologies, is a plus.
