About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Abbott Point of Care (APOC) Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects throughout the western United States, requiring regional travel up to 75%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class project management skills and execute the associated tasks of implementing the company's portfolio of products.
  • Engage with key account personnel to streamline current workflow processes and facilitate better patient care through our portfolio of products.
  • Support the field sales team (Point of Care Sales Specialists) in delivering sales growth by driving implementation timelines.
  • Develop innovative strategies to implement customer solutions at an expedited rate.
  • Reinforce product value with existing customers to minimize declining business.
  • Support Point of Care Sales Specialists pre-close on key opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Associate's degree with relevant experience acceptable.
  • 1 year of healthcare industry experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology related field.
  • 3+ years in healthcare, with 1+ years in a clinical hospital position.
  • 3 years of project management experience or demonstrated leadership.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Superior customer service background.
