Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our AI-driven SRM solution, helping businesses revolutionize their supplier relationship management and achieve unprecedented efficiency and growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for building a team responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS SRM solution with enterprise customers.
The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep knowledge of SaaS technologies, and a comprehensive understanding of SRM processes; coupled with a keen interest in building a team and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a detailed delivery strategy for SaaS solution implementations in SCM and SRM.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address project requirements.
- Customize SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in SCM and SRM.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges for timely delivery.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for SaaS solution implementation.
- Conduct regular training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and testing protocols.
- Ensure effective communication of project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years' of project management experience, specifically in SaaS solution implementations for SCM and SRM.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain and supplier relationship management processes.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, including effective oral and written communications.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the SaaS space.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
