About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage Reservations and Seating: Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our guests.
  • Assist with Server Duties: Assist our servers with duties such as taking orders, serving food and wine, and ensuring that our guests' needs are met.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
  • Provide Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively with our guests, servers, and management team to ensure that all needs are met and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with our guests and team members.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are met and exceeded.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease and efficiency.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, willing to assist and support our servers and management team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
