Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Intellectual Property Docketing Coordinator to manage and facilitate the process of filing patent applications for the United States and foreign countries.

About the Role

As an IP Docketing Coordinator, you will work closely with patent attorneys and inventors to ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are prepared and filed correctly in accordance with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research on patent laws and regulations in various countries to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and File Patent Applications: Prepare and file patent applications with foreign patent offices.
  • Coordinate Foreign Patent Process: Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining foreign patents.
  • Correspond with Foreign Patent Offices: Correspond with foreign patent offices and patent agents to ensure timely completion of patent filings.
  • Monitor Deadlines: Monitor and track deadlines and due dates for filing requirements.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to patent attorneys and inventors as needed.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
