About This Role

Boston Scientific's Vascular Associate is a transitional role designed to prepare candidates for a Sales Consultant position within the Peripheral Interventions Division. As a Vascular Associate, you will be assigned to a specific region and territory, where you will work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and existing Sales Consultants to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals through routine visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
  • Work seamlessly with Sales Consultants to identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies.
  • Assist in developing quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage expense budgets and promotional budgets within guidelines.
  • Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advanced Policies, and Integrity Policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
  • BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Documented sales success.
  • Self-starter, solution-oriented, team player, and proven leadership qualities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recognize their contribution to the big picture.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
