Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of innovative chip architectures with our team of experts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system-level requirements into electrical design specifications
  • Lead the design and integration of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits
  • Design and develop technical reports and design specifications documents
  • Plan and implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies
  • Oversee the performance validation of analog circuits in the lab
  • Support production test development and ramp to production
Requirements
  • Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry in Analog/Mixed-signal IC design
  • Solid understanding of CMOS device characteristics, noise, mismatch, linearity, and design trade-offs
  • Experience designing complex blocks such as data converters, control-loop circuits used in power-delivery, high-speed interface circuits
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advanced FinFET process nodes
  • Experience with Cadence Design Environment
  • Hands-on experience in the lab with silicon evaluation and validation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people across multiple functional areas
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $130,000- $245,000, inclusive of all US locations. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
