Job Title: Azure Implementations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Implementations Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As an Azure Implementations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage infrastructure platforms/environments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Assess performance against service level objectives and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide technical support for escalated issues and maintain documentation on processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and participate in scheduled night/weekend implementation projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience implementing Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS cloud resources.
  • Proficiency in Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Azure Front Doors, Application Gateways, Load Balancers, and Azure Firewalls.
  • Experience managing service delivery platforms/environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 platform.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and Azure CLI.
