Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist is a dynamic and enthusiastic professional responsible for cultivating and sustaining revenue through strategic partnerships with businesses. This role involves fostering relationships with companies of all sizes, both local and national, to secure recurring sponsorships and unlock opportunities for events and volunteer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business development strategy to secure partnerships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing business partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a strong understanding of the company's mission and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business engagement and revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records within the organization's CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns from business partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
