We're seeking an experienced leader to join our corporate leadership team as a Store Director, overseeing the Los Angeles flagship store. As a Store Director, you will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the store meets all brand guidelines and achieves business results.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your leadership skills while making a significant impact on our retail business. You will be responsible for building, developing, and nurturing an elevated team that embodies the SKIMS ethos.

You are energized by tackling complex problems and have a deep understanding of customer service principles, providing exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate financial goals to the team and share how individual contribution impacts performance results.
  2. Actively source, network, and recruit top talent.
  3. Build a strong and diverse team with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to drive store performance.
  4. Educate Team Members on SKIMS's Mission and Values ensuring they are reflected in all we do.
  5. Be the voice of the brand, sharing relevant information with Team Members to ensure they thrive at work.
  6. Develop others by coaching, motivating, and inspiring them to produce their best work.
  7. Create individualized development plans, support career growth, and enable succession planning.
  8. Create an environment that is customer-centric, ensuring an excellent experience for all through a customer-first mindset, leading the sales floor with presence, and coaching to selling behaviors.
  9. Become an ambassador for our brand, developing and maintaining key relationships (including customers, VIPs, and SKIMS executives).
  10. Oversee the overall in-store environment, maintaining or exceeding company standards for visual merchandising, store cleanliness, experience, atmosphere, product replenishment, and marketing.
  11. Lead through the lens of productivity and profitability through strong operational controls, including strategic scheduling, payroll control, and inventory management.
  12. Conduct strategic business analysis and drive the store team to deliver top/bottom line sales results.
  13. Owning the store's P & L, manage it through controllable metrics; actively analyze business trends and adjust accordingly.
  14. Provide mentorship for other Store Leaders, supporting their performance and development.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead high-performing leaders.
  2. Experience in high volume and high complexity store leadership.
  3. A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. The ability to work closely and effectively with others.
  6. Exceptional operational and organizational skills.
  7. Strong visual merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the store is always presented compellingly.
  8. Flexibility is expected, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation

$160,000 - $175,000 per year
