Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with estimating projects as required
  • Document appointments and generate tasks within Service Titan
  • Analyze estimate assessments
  • Manage bid estimates using Service Titan
  • Engage with clients and record communications
  • Foster relationships with General Contractors, Clients, and suppliers
  • Evaluate materials and labor expenses for cost estimations
  • Comply with estimating protocols
  • Provide training to new hires as needed
  • Prepare activity reports in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Maintain positive interactions with trades, suppliers, and clients

Expectations: Leverage analytical abilities to effectively communicate and complete estimations with precision and within designated timeframes.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Electrical Estimating
  • Experience in Design Build projects
  • Comprehension of lighting, power, HVAC systems, etc.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with the electrical sector
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and plans
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills

Educational Background:

Completion of high school or equivalent. A degree from a trade school or Junior College (AA), or successful completion of an electrician training program is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum: 2 years in electrical construction
  • Preferred: Five or more years in the electrical or general construction sector
