About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Twin Lakes Counseling. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing clinical supervision to our team of therapists, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise up to 6 masters-level interns or up to 12 associate clinicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their clinical skills.
  • Meet weekly with interns and every other week with associates for supervision, ensuring that the supervision meets the requirements of each supervisee's university or licensure guidelines.
  • Sign off on notes, audit files, respond to clinician crises within 24 hours, and ensure a high level of clinical care for our clients.
  • Complete clinical evaluations and paperwork for supervisees, as required by universities and the state licensure board.
  • Conduct at least 10 client sessions per week, following all TLC requirements for clinicians, including completing notes within 48 hours.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of intern and associate supervisees, including attending internship fairs, networking with colleagues, attending conferences, reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, and developing a recruitment plan.
  • Manage clinician time off, room reservations, and employment policies for clinical supervisees.
  • Work with our billing team to become paneled/credentialed with all insurances Twin Lakes Counseling accepts within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Attend staff meetings weekly and assist the Clinical Director in providing trainings and clinical consultation for staff during this time.
  • Participate in monthly team supervisor meetings.

Requirements:

  • Full licensure or licensure-eligibility as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington.
  • At least two years of clinical experience as an independently-licensed clinician.
  • Eligibility to be credentialed by all insurances accepted by TLC.
  • Able to complete CAQH & ProviderSource profiles within two weeks of hire.
  • At least 12-month commitment to the practice, allowing time for credentialing and supervisee recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AAMFT Approved Supervisor or supervisor-in-training (or willing to become one, at the company's expense).
  • Able to work at least one day a week in-person from our office.
  • Registered with CAQH (previous paneling with some insurance companies is a plus).
  • Familiarity with accreditation requirements of COAMFTE and/or CACREP clinical programs is a plus.
  • Prior private practice or group practice experience is beneficial.

Location:

Location is flexible within Washington State, as long as current credentials are maintained. The position can be fully remote or partially on-site in our office.
