Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with hand and upper limb conditions.
- Provide evidence-based hand therapy interventions, including splinting, exercise programs, and modalities, to promote optimal recovery and function.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in hand therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our hand therapy program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
- Experience in hand therapy or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
