Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Federal Way. As a Physical Therapist with NW Sports and Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating evidence-based techniques into patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving excellent outcomes
