Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our production operations at Home Market Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute production schedules to optimize resources and maximize efficiency.
  • Organize workload effectively, delegating tasks to ensure adherence to schedule and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor production processes rigorously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality finished products.
  • Prioritize safety on the production floor, promptly addressing and rectifying any unsafe behaviors or conditions.
  • Train and mentor employees, instilling a comprehensive understanding of job duties and safety protocols for personal and collective well-being.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to fifty pounds comfortably.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDA guidelines.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Previous supervisory experience required, with a focus on fostering a positive and safe work culture.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese required
