The Role

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle of INT (Individualized Neoantigen Therapy) program and products at Moderna. They will work proactively and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely setup of Customer, Supplier, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution, Digital, and Partner capabilities to meet INT clinical trial and commercial plans.

He / She ensures global process adherence, achieving timely project implementation to best possible costs whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance frameworks for the projects within the scope of the assigned program(s).

Here's What You'll Do
  • Understand INT program launch/closure plans and translate them into Moderna supply chain lifecycle project plans.
  • Support development of new and modifications to existing INT products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate activities of relevant stakeholders such as Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality, Master Data, Planning, Distribution & Logistics, Finance, and Procurement to execute the project plan.
  • Define and build consensus with stakeholders on the to-be product lifecycle management process.
  • Enshrine the process in appropriate SOPs and work instructions.
  • Ensure program launch readiness through timely preparation of all master data by functional owners understanding dependencies between data sets.
  • Act as a liaison between functional owners and Master Data and Digital teams to ensure master data is appropriately setup and validated in GSAP and production systems.
  • Provide weekly progress reports and metrics on launch plan attainment.
  • Assist with preparation of data and materials for monthly meetings.
  • Participate in projects/opportunities and ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Perform other analytical tasks and/or related duties as assigned.
  • Challenge the project on timing and supply chain impact.
  • Determine product lifecycle management impact of proposed plan changes and related actions on project/program level.
  • Contribute to the further processes of the Product Lifecycle Management department as part of Supply Chain Management
  • Stakeholder management, deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders both at operational and executive levels.
  • Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines.
  • Recognize and inform supply management risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time
Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Education: Minimum of Bachelor in Sciences, Technology, or Engineering
  • 5-10 years in supply chain. At least 5 years of Pharma/Biotech industry experience. Experience with individualized therapies is a plus.
