Guest Care Representative

Monro, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Guest Care Specialist to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales of automotive repair services and tires.
About the Role- This is a full-time or part-time, hourly position based on business needs.
- You will be responsible for providing a superior customer care experience, assisting in driving sales, and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process.
- Be the first point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store, engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and presenting needed services.
- Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order completion, and register assistance.
- Perform basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
- Understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to customers.
- Partner with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain an organized and neat customer waiting area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This job operates in an automotive shop environment with moderate noise levels, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
